After all your hard work training for the event, it would be great to give all you lovely guys and gals a mention on the day at the start and more importantly as you sprint over the finish after escaping from Cornwall!
So...send me an email at [email protected] and let me know your story, whose in your team, what inspired you to ride, how much weight you've lost, how many bikes you've broken, any unfortunate incidents in training (sorry, that's probably just me!) any corporate interest and we'll give you a plug or most importantly how much dosh you've raised for the hospice this year!

Which email? The Rider Support Pack will be out in next 48 hours; the coach confirmation would have been a webpage at point of signing up (the coach timings and details will be sent out Tuesday evening to the paypal account email).

Due to the fact we can- AND DO!- make changes to the route depending on traffic/ road works/ safety etc, right up to the day, there will not be a GPS file for the route. However, it will be clearly signposted; we also recommend riding in pairs, to help each other out.

That's a couple great questions. The coach is an easy one- if you have bought places, then you have them. We have had a couple people sadly drop out over the last 2 days, so we still have 3 places left. Also, when you sign up for the coach, it will tell you straight away that your on. Expect an email through TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL beginning of next week for the times, but it's looking like a 5.30 start from The North Devon Leisure Centre carpark, Barnstaple.
There are a cracking set of public toilets in Looe if you require any further changing facilities at the start. No showers/ etc, but there should be space for your changing needs. If that is an actual phrase; think I may have made it up, to be honest, but you know what I mean.
