First ride out today, after spending all of new years eve, new years day, and the next in bed with bad chest infection. Tried out my new bikey Xmas present the new really loud hornit bike horn it boasts that lorry drivers,bus drivers and cars can hear it, and I can confirm they can.
I passed two young ladies at instow pressed the button to let them know I was behind and they both screamed quite loud, I had to laugh to myself but didn't let them see me. I think it is about 170 decibels.so please don't panic if you hear this terrifying noise when you are out for a spin.

Team ceri are back for 2013 . Dee has had quite a bit of illness in 2012 but we will be back in training after Xmas . In between illness dee has tried to keep pedalling as much as possible but I have not been out much .we will be at the launch party in jan it will be good to catch up with Simon, mark, and Sean,and everyone else. Merry Christmas and happy new year to you all. See you in jan.

Minimum age? Any age as long as you can complete it- but under 16 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/ responsible adult.
